Ronald Fike, M.Div., Head of Staff
Ron began his service as Covenant's pastor in May of 2006. He completed his undergradaute degree at Hastings College, spent a few years doing mission work through Youth With A Mission (YWAM), then completed his Master of Divinity degree at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
Ron and Sandi married on Aug. 26th, 1989. They have two teenage sons. Ron is a Nebraska farm boy and a Cornhusker fan. He enjoys sports of all kinds, action movies, and movies that touch his heart. He enjoys beating his boys at basketball, and remembering the days when he could!
Ron is a gifted listener and counselor. Working through their early marital difficulties made Ron and Sandi confident, that, those struggling in relationships can learn the skills to succeed in marriage and in life. He enjoys helping couples improve their communication and conflict resolution skills.

Ann Peele Thomas, Director of Music Ministries/Organist
Ann has served at Covenant for 10 years and directs each of the choirs and orchestra that make up the Music Ministry. The choirs have been a part of the music program for many years, and the Covenant Chamber Orchestra was organized in January 2011 and is made up primarily of instrumentalists from around the community, including players from high school age through adult. Ann’s goal in ministry is to reach people through the music of the church, and to inspire worship renewal through the active participation of as many youth and adults as we can bring into the Music Ministry and its related programs. She has served churches in North Carolina, Texas, Colorado and three churches in the Oklahoma City area. She completed graduate work for the Master of Sacred Music – Organ Performance from SMU/Perkins School of Theology in Dallas, Texas, and serves in several leadership positions in the OKC American Guild of Organists, the Choristers Guild and the Central OK Ringers and Directors association.
